I finally got around to having a spot on the tip of my nose looked at and the doc did a biospy, but thought it was basal cell and she will send me on to a surgeon for MOH's surgery. How are you doing 5yrs out?

just read your account of surgery - i think this is the most descriptive and easy read account of what I am going to have done next week. you've answered alot of questions. I can imagine your nose looks great now. How did the microdermabration go? have you had it yet or was it unnecessary thank you for any response

Thanks for the link to my site! I LOVE ReadItLater, and it solves my problem of having 10 extra tabs open in my browser with all of the articles that I want to read at some point in the day.

Every other Saturday I have to set the alarm for work. But today I left it off and was up about 6:45. I usually let my body tell me when its time to wake up. I have read that you know you're getting enough sleep when you wake up on your own. So when that happens, I try to gget up instead of going back to bed. I find that if I don't get up I am more tired during the day.

Like you, I am a natural night owl. It almost hurts me to go to bed early! But I do love the early morning hours ... I usually set my alarm for 5:00 ... this morning I didn't set my alarm and woke up at 6:00. Got tons of stuff to do today, so that's great. Good post!

You have some great work in there David. Numbers 37, 47, 53, and 22 are my favorites. Have you converted any of them to black and white? I ask only because I love snow shots in B&W.

I know what you mean...I have been off and on (mainly off) of health insurance over the last several years, and it is definitely by the grace of God that nothing serious happened. I really am only able to have it now because I have to living internationally. I cannot even begin to imagine what their bills must look like and pray that it will not be a burden.

Sweet! That sounds like a great class. On Twitter I always see people talking about taking a photography class and having to develop film and work in the (real) darkroom...that doesn't sound fun to me. What you're doing sounds great!

This class if for 35mm film or digital. Students pay to develop their pics each week in either film or digital print. I was also told I could bring my images on a Jump rive if i didn't want to print!

Congrats David! It's great that you're going back to school especially under someone you already know. I'll have to check out his link @ home later since FB is blocked here @ work. Let me ask you - will you be able to still shoot digital or are you going to shoot B&W film? I'd love to take a photo class but I don't want to shoot film!
